IT system maintenance is taking place on Sunday 29 April 2018 from 6am to 12 midday to proactively address a potential fault in the Data Centre firewall.

OneNet Wired users and the University’s internet connection will NOT be affected by this maintenance. Telephony users will NOT be affected by this maintenance.

Investigating - The following Library online services are currently not available due to issues with ALMA:

- Library borrowing system (Physical books borrowing is still available at collection point)
- Multisearch
- Unit reading -Leganto

Our vendor is investigating this issue. Other Universities that are using ALMA are also affected.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide an update once we received further information from the Vendor.

Scheduled - An upgrade of the Archives and Records Management TRIM Instance will commence Friday 9 March @ 8:00am through to Monday 12 March @ 6:00pm
During this time the Archives and Records Management TRIM instance will not be available to users.
It is estimated that the new version will be available to users from 8:00am Tuesday 13 March.

Important to note: the Library use their own independent instance of TRIM but this is NOT part of this upgrade.
