When accessing the following errors are displayed

Echo Error - Cannot display Echo recording list due to system error.
Iteach - 500 Internal Server error
Multisearch - Cannot establish secure connection to the simsrad server

We are investigating and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Scheduled - FSE IT will undertake scheduled upgrade of the Etna/CIFS file systems from 6pm to 8pm, Thursday, 27 April 2017.

These systems will experience outages during this period.

Other faculty file systems like (Claudius, research stores etc.) won’t be affected.

All services will be fully restored by 8pm.

Scheduled - Scheduled system and network maintenance is taking place on Sunday 23 April 2017 from 6am to 5pm. Work is being undertaken to upgrade the data centre firewalls, as a result the following systems and services are impacted:

On and off campus access to applications:

6am to 5pm – All university applications will experience intermittent outages that will last between 5 to 10 minutes.
Access off campus to the following systems/services that are hosted off campus will be unaffected during this time:

- iLearn (except for Echo 360)
- Gmail
- Office 365
- Ask.mq.edu.au (Tracker)
- OneHelp

Resolved - Macquarie University Telephone Service is fully restored and external callers are able to reach the University.

This was due to an issue identified and resolved at the Telstra exchange.

Identified - External caller calling an MQ phone number starting with 9850 will receive an engaged tone. Internal calling is working.

We have identified that this is a Telstra ISDN problem and Telstra is currently working on it.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide an update when we receive further updates from Telstra.

External caller calling an MQ phone number will receive a busy dial tone. Internal calling is working.
