Scheduled maintenance is taking place on Student Account Provisioning Services.

As a result, student account provisioning and account update processes may be delayed or temporarily unavailable during this time.

To facilitate this maintenance, Active Directory account provisioning and account update services may be impacted from 6:00 PM AEDT on 9 October 2026 until 6:00 AM AEDT on 10 October 2026.

This maintenance introduces additional student email proxy addresses through Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory and Microsoft Entra synchronisation services.
