Identified - Office365 delegated access (Open another mailbox) is currently experiencing intermittent access. Users may be unable to access shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web. "The custom error module does not recognize this error."

Users accessing shared mailboxes via the Outlook client are not impacted.

Microsoft is aware and is currently investigating.

System and network maintenance is taking place on Sunday 2 April 2017 from 8am to 4pm. Work
is being undertaken to continue building infrastructure and network upgrades, as a result the following systems and services are impacted:

Investigating - Investigating - There is currently an issue preventing access to Office 365 services via the web client or from the Mac desktop. It appears to be a widespread issue across campus and we are currently working to investigate.

Work around: Pre-configured Outlook clients on Windows PC's, email access via mobile phones/tablets, or accessing Office 365 web services over the 4G network appears to be active as a workaround.
