Get webhook notifications whenever Macquarie University IT creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
Scheduled Salesforce maintenance is taking place on November 7th from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Work is being undertaken to perform an org migration from AP20 to AUS25 as part of a move to Hyperforce, as a result access to Salesforce will be in read-only mode during this time.
Salesforce performs these migrations in order to balance their workload and modernize their systems. After November 6, 2021, Salesforce data will be stored on the AUS25 instance that is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. The new instance location also changes to the AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney, Australia) Region.

AMIS, FinanceOne, eStudent, eAcademic and Applicant Portal will be unavailable between 5pm AEDT Friday 15 October – 1pm AEDT Saturday 16 October.

When loading the library web site, a 'Page not found' message is displayed that indicates (incorrectly) that the site is undergoing planned maintenance.
We are investigating and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

On Sunday October 10 the Salesforce Winter '22 upgrade is scheduled to take place.
To facilitate this upgrade access to Salesforce will be unavailable from 3:00 AM until 3:30 AM. Staff will be able to access the system again after 3:30 AM.
About the upgrade: This required upgrade is part of Salesforce's regular update program with 3 releases a year. After the upgrade the Salesforce CRM will be operating on the Winter '22 release.
