During this period, Pure RMS users may experience an outage for a few hours between:
6pm Saturday 25 January to 4am Sunday 26 January, and,
6pm Sunday 26 January to 4am Monday 27 January.

Microsoft has identified the issue impacting the calendar and is current working to restore the service.

Investigating - Staff may be intermittently unable to create new calendar events using Outlook (Outlook on the web or Outlook web)

Staff may receive error messages that read "unexpected data was encountered", or "couldn't create this event." Some may found subsequent attempts to create the calendar events may be successful.

Microsoft is currently investigating and we will keep you up to date once we received any further information/updates. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an email error with AMIS and FinanceOne.

This means
1. Students requested for unofficial transcript via eStudent could not receive the transcript via email.
2. Academics who requested a transcript for a student could not receive the transcript via email.
3. Reports from AMIS and FinanceOne cannot be send via email.
4. Approval email could not be sent from AMIS and FinanceOne.

Our vendor is investigating and we thank you for your patience while we are working to resolve this issue.
