Scheduled Ask.mq.edu.au (Tracker) maintenance is taking place on Saturday 3 September between 6am and 6pm.

Work is being undertaken to upgrade Tracker to meet higher demands on the system and improve performance and reliability. As a result access to Ask.mq.edu.au (Tracker) will be unavailable. Any other system requiring Tracker data may have either no or limited impact.

The data centre firewall was down for approximately 5 minutes staring at 5:05pm. This outage would have restricted user access to internal applications. The service has been restored.
