Scheduled maintenance is taking place on Smartsheet Authentication on 13 August 2026 at 5:00 PM (AEST).

As a result, Smartsheet Authentication will be degraded or partially unavailable during this time.

To facilitate this maintenance, access to user authentication and login to Smartsheet will be impacted from 13 August 2026 5:00 PM (AEST) until 13 August 2026 7:00 PM (AEST). The maintenance supports the migration of authentication from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID.
