Information Technology will migrate the Microsoft Work Folders service to new cloud infrastructure between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
During the maintenance window, the Work Folders server and file synchronisation will be unavailable. Users will still be able to access locally stored copies of their files, but changes will not synchronise with the server until the maintenance is complete.
